To accompany the Buyer Customer Satisfaction Survey, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with the service we received from Taunya with the purchase of our new home.

We first met Taunya at one of the Orangeville Home Show's at the Agricultural Centre, where, at the time, we were looking for either Rent or Own, or Power of Sale Properties. Taunya was very friendly, down to earth and very comfortable to speak with.

Months later, we noticed a few homes listed within our price range and tried to contact the agents that had listed the homes, but our calls were not returned. We then remembered meeting with Taunya and the positive impression she left on us. We left her a message to contact us and our call was returned immediately.

Taunya was able to set up an appointment with us to view a home right away and we were very interested in the property, but she suggested that she could send us information on addtional properties in our price range for us to do a comparison. Again, Taunya sent us the information promptly.

Upon meeting a second time, the first home she showed us was just a bit above our price range, but the minute we walked in, we LOVED the home. It had all the ammenities we were looking for, was spotless, beautifully decorated and just what we wanted.

By the next morning we contacted Taunya to make an offer, met with her to do up the documents and kept in touch with her throughout the day. While at a picnic with family and friends, she continued to work with the other agent to close the deal.
